For new businesses, we assist with choice of entity decisions, capitalization and ownership structure, business buy-sell agreements, equity compensation plans and other compensation planning. For established businesses, we provide a full range of services, often acting as a company's in-house general counsel, to meet the legal challenges of business locally and in the global economy. The Deutsch Law Firm advises large and small business clients in the formation of corporations (Subchapter C and Subchapter S), limited and general partnerships, limited liability companies and partnerships, joint ventures as well as non-profit enterprises. Start-up businesses in need of significant capital utilize our counsel to help raise both seed, angel and venture capital funding.

We spend a significant amount of time negotiating contracts in a variety of fields. With a focus on international and domestic contracts we work with our clients to "get the deal done" by providing pragmatic advice without jeopardizing the commercial goals of the deal.
