David M. Deutsch is the founding member of The Deutsch Law Firm PLLC, a boutique law firm representing companies in all stages of growth from solo entrepreneurs, seed funded start-ups to highly funded venture backed companies to effectively license, monetize and protect their intellectual property. He regularly represents clients in connection with corporate transactions, IP, copyright & technology licensing and transactions, music licensing, entertainment, digital media, advertising and complex litigation. His clients represent a variety of companies and individuals in the entertainment, technology, publishing, marketing and digital media industries.
Prior to forming The Deutsch Law Firm PLLC, David was CEO and General Counsel of an international mobile technology company that produced and distributed digital content and also served as one of the first mobile ad networks in the United States. David has also served as Vice President Legal and Business Affairs for an international venture backed mobile technology company.
